On wednesday the 20th of December an extra General Assembly takes place at REC C10.20. During this meeting we will discuss the budget for the gala.
The meeting will be from 15:00 – 16:00. The location will be announced later.
If you are not able to attend the general meeting, you can still vote for certain issues. Fill in the proxy form and authorize someone to vote for you. You can send the authorization form to [email protected] Without proof, the authorization of your vote does not count.
