Starry, starry night, flaming flowers that brightly blaze ✨✨
This year Mercurius, Pegasus, Sarphati, Comenius, and Kwakiutl, are organizing a truly starry night, one you are sure to never forget.
A night filled with gorgeous gowns, tuxedos, red carpets, and fairly lights. This magical event is sure to pull on some heartstrings. This year’s theme is centered around the romantic and fairy-tale like painting by Vincent van Gogh titled “Starry Night”.
This star-filled evening will take place on February 19th, the dinner will take start from 19:00 and the gala party will begin at 21:00. The dinner menu consists of three courses and three options for the main course:
Starter: Beet carpaccio served with roasted tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.
Main course:
1. Grilled chicken filet in an Italian sauce of white wine, tomatoes, rosemary, and olives. Served with oven-roasted potatoes and a side of vegetables.
2. A stuffed portobello mushroom served over creamy risotto.
3. A fresh salmon fillet doused in a butter sauce served with over roasted potatoes and a side of vegetables.
Dessert: A chocolate mousse cake served with whipped cream.
