The final deadlines are coming closer, summer is around the corner. How do you keep your mind in place to study and focus? On the 6th of June between 10:30 and 12:30, Mercurius organizes an event focused on reducing stress and learning how to relax with yoga and breathing.
Nathalie van den Hombergh, who works as a life coach for individuals and companies, will help us explore what is causing our stress. Next up is Margaret Huzarska, a yoga and pilates teacher, who will work us through some yoga exercises aimed at improving posture.

The workshop will take place in the beautiful Oosterpark, close to the Roeterseiland campus. If the weather turns out bad, we will move inside instead.
