On Tuesday June 20th our next general meeting takes place. This is a meeting in which all members of Mercurius have the chance to give their feedback and input on the policy of the board of Mercurius and have a vote in certain issues. This general meeting we will discuss several topics like the policy and working plans of our committees, we will propose the budget for the introduction weekend and we will introduce the new board members (2017-2018).
The meeting will be from 19:00 to 21:00 at REC-C, room 10.20. The meeting will be held in English, so all international students are free to join.
If you are not able to attend the general meeting, you can still vote for certain issues. Fill in the proxy form and authorize someone to vote for you. We appreciate your input and take your vote seriously.
